History
Rye Infrastructure was founded in 2022 with a straightforward thesis: the most durable businesses in America are often the least glamorous ones. We focus on critical infrastructure manufacturing, starting with electrical power transmission and distribution, because the companies building this hardware are essential, technically demanding, and largely overlooked by institutional capital. We are Pittsburgh-based, operator-centric, and building for the long term.
Vision
Rye Infrastructure is building an integrated platform of founder-led manufacturers that serve the energy grid, defense, and aerospace markets. We are not a fund with a defined exit horizon. We are a platform built to compound value over decades, anchored by strong leadership teams, disciplined operations, and deep customer relationships.
Opportunity
