Jim Cullen

Jim joined Ford Motor Company in its Finance Department in 1994 after receiving an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He held several staff finance positions in Manufacturing and Product Development, spent time with the Treasury department, and was the Controller of the Super Duty platform and Controller for North American Investment.

In 2005, Jim joined Versa-Fab, Inc., a business specializing in mechanical engineering, machining, fabrication, and finishing, and started a complementary business in 2008, American Manufacturing & Integration, focusing on designing and building control panels primarily for the power transmission and distribution sector. Since joining Versa-Fab, revenue has grown by more than 400%, and EBITDA growth has averaged more than 10% per year.
